First you introduce a skill to the mind to start a neural connection. With every trial and error, your neural connection gets stronger. Sometimes you fall off the bike. Sometimes you use the windshield wiper instead of the turn signal. With every error, your mind learns. With continued refreshers & practice the skill becomes habit. You can ride a bike without your hands and balance perfectly. You can drive effortlessly to work while listening to the radio or chatting with your spouse.

Olympic Athletes can’t shortcut their way to a gold medal. It takes years of practice and dedicated training to become the best.
